One Hour Phone Consultation

Are your children on a schedule you are happy with, but you have a few questions that you need answered? This is the package for you. During a one hour phone consultation I will answer any questions or help you make small changes to help your child get the best sleep they can.

Video Conference Consultation with Follow Up Support

With this package, we will have a one hour phone or Skype consultation where we will discuss your child's sleep history, and come up with a plan that is customized for your child's individual needs. A customized sleep plan will be provided within 48 hours of our consultation. Two weeks of follow up support will be provided through one email per day, and two 15 minute phone calls per week. Multiples incur no extra charge.

In Home Consultation with Follow Up Support

This is our most popular package. If you live in Austin or the surrounding areas, I will come to your home for a one to two hour in-home consultation where we will discuss your child's sleep history and create a plan for helping them get the sleep they need. A customized sleep plan will be provided within 48 hours of our consultation. Two weeks of follow up support will be provided through one email per day, and two 15 minute phone calls per week. Multiples incur no extra charge. ​
